Margarine and banana remedy

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 ripe banana (smashed)
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to become creamy. Massage the mixture into your clean dry feet and wear cotton socks over the feet before going to bed. Repeat this cracked foot remedy until you experience what you want.

Banana peel and lemon juice

You can simply use ripe banana peels for your dry cracked feet too. Wash your feet in a bowl of soapy water and gently scrape your heels with pumice stone. Wash and dry the feet and sprinkle some orange juice inside the banana peel. Use it to rub your cracked heels and wear clean socks over them. It may feel a little uncomfortable at first but the foot loves it.

Almond oil - olive oil – Epsom salt

With this simple and quick home remedy for cracked feet, you should feel fine after using it a number of times. Just mix a little bit of these ingredients together and use it to scrap your feet before taking a shower and after sometime you should have smooth feet.

Wheat germ and almond oil

Your dry scaly feet or cracked heels will enjoy this remedy because it works well for the feet.

  • 1 teaspoon of wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon of almond oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour in a closable bottle. Shake very well and rub the mixture into your washed dry cracked feet or heels and put on socks. Repeat this process until you get the result you want.

Castor oil and shea butter

This mixture will melt at body temperature and penetrate the dry cracked feet amazingly well. The remedy contains all the good benefits of moisturizing and conditioning qualities of lanolin.

  • 2 tablespoons of refined or unrefined shea butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa butter
  • 4 tablespoons of castor oil for base
  • 10 drops of myrrh, lavender, or calendula essential oil

Combine the shea butter, cocoa butter, and castor oil into a small saucepan and warm it over low heat until the solids melt. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes to cool. Stir a number of times to mix well.

Pour the essential oil into the storage container and add the oil mixture to it. Stir gently to blend and close the container tight. Set it aside for about 24 hours for the balm to thicken. It may change texture the longer it stays but that is alright. Clean and dry your feet and massage the salve into it 2 times a day to seal moisture and heal the cracked heel.

Lemon and sugar

If your heels are not severely cracked, use the pumice to shave off dead skin a little. Cut a lemon into two parts, squeeze out the juice and fill the half lemon with sugar. Use it to rub your feet quite often to have smooth feet.

Rock salt and olive oil

You can also rely on this easy remedy for dry cracked feet. Mix rock salt together with olive oil and use it to scrap your feet. Clean the feet after that and moisturize it with warm olive oil.

Coconut for dry cracked feet

Shave off dead skin from your feet and soak them in this coconut remedy for about 15 minutes to repair your cracked heels. Pour 1 can of coconut milk in a foot bowl of warm water and add slices of lemon to it for your foot care.

Bathtub foot cleaning style

Do you want to know how to heal cracked feet without much effort? Just pour enough baking soda in your bathtub and wet it a little bit. Diet for the skin

Sometimes poor diet can also result in dry cracked feet so examine what you eat. Make sure your diet includes mineral-rich foods such as bell peppers, leafy vegetables, and fish. Consider cultured foods like yogurt and add cleaning foods like fruits and cucumbers to your meals. If you have the opportunity, drink about 6 glasses of water daily.
